What happens after I submit this form?

We’ll review your details and contact you within 24–48 hours to confirm availability, answer any questions, and provide a quote or next steps.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a 25% deposit is required to officially reserve your date. The remaining balance is due closer to the event.

Can I adjust my booking later?

Absolutely. You can make changes up to 14 days before your event, including services, quantities, or layout—based on availability.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 2–4 months ahead for weddings or large events. Holiday and DIY setups should be booked at least 2 weeks in advance.

Can you coordinate with my planner or venue?

Yes, we frequently work directly with planners, coordinators, and venues to ensure a seamless setup that fits the overall vision and timeline.

What if I need to cancel?

We understand things happen. Cancellations made 30+ days in advance receive a full refund of the deposit. Within 30 days, partial refunds or credits may apply.
