How far in advance should I book lighting services?

We recommend booking 2–4 months ahead for weddings or corporate events, and at least 2 weeks for holiday or home projects. Last-minute? We’ll do our best to accommodate.

Do you offer both installation and takedown?

Yes! Our full-service team handles everything—from setup to takedown—so you can focus on enjoying your event or display.

Can I rent lighting equipment and set it up myself?

Absolutely. Our DIY Event Lighting Rental Packages include everything you need, along with setup instructions and support if needed.

What areas do you serve?

We primarily serve the Seattle area including Bellevue, Renton, Kent, and surrounding cities. For larger projects, we’re happy to travel—just ask!

Do you work with event planners and venues?

Yes, we often collaborate with planners, coordinators, and venues to ensure your lighting integrates seamlessly with the overall design and timeline.

Is your lighting weatherproof for outdoor setups?

All of our outdoor lighting is commercial-grade, waterproof, and installed with safety and durability in mind—rain or shine.
